Here are some triple trees for a mini bike. Designed them in about 3 minutes, and each one took about a minute to cut. Settings were good, and humidity in the tank was down, leaving very little dross on the back side. Reply:Nice work. Are you finding it easier and easier to make stuff - odd shapes and such. How user friendly is the software?John - fabricator extraordinaire, car nut!- bleeding Miller blue! http://www.weldfabzone.com
Reply:I think I pretty much have the software figured out. It is extrememly easy to design parts in. Things that are imported in, or scanned in are a little more tedious to to because they require quite a bit of cleanup in the program before you can use them. All in all though, its a very useful tool. I have a few things I have to cut this weekend for people, I will post pics.Miller Syncrowave 200Hobart Handler 140Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 38E-Z Tube BenderPlasma Cam DHC2
Reply:Here is the progress on the mini bike front end. Cut the wheel mount tabs on the table this morning, and tacked the triple trees to the fork tubes. Attached ImagesMiller Syncrowave 200Hobart Handler 140Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 38E-Z Tube BenderPlasma Cam DHC2

Reply:I dont know what engine I will use yet. maybe a 6.5hp with a torque convetor clutch setup. I am actually prototyping this bike for a mini bike forum, its good advertising for us. People see the bike go together piece by piece, and I make it very clear that all these parts are available to them. This plasma cam needs to pay itself off, and that means any little thing I can think of that will sell, needs to sold. Most people wont spend 350 bucks for a complete mini bike frame, but if they can weld, or know someone who does, they are more inclined to pay 40 bucks for some brackets and stuff.Miller Syncrowave 200Hobart Handler 140Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 38E-Z Tube BenderPlasma Cam DHC2
