SS316- Exhaust Muffler

Here is some pic of a new muffler i just made, Its small but it still works alright, Just takes a bit of the rumble.The sound insulation is 190grams of Stainless steel sponges, And the housing is made from 316 Stainless Steel. Attached Images¤If you got money, i've got time

Reply:Where would you get SS sponge material for the interior of a muffler??And then, after so much work...... you have it in your hand, and you look over to your side...... and the runner has run off. Leaving you holding the prize, wondering when the runner will return.

Reply:Nice work, That muffler would of been handy back in the day, when your car would, eh, accidentally back-fire at the most inconvenient times.  Sometimes at the cost of blowing a muffler!

Reply:Fiberglass packing might give a more mellow tone to the muffler.
