Reply:Definately Engliod. Nobody I've ever seen welds like that. He obviously has worked very hard at learning his trade but he has a God given talent and that's what sets him apart IMHO."All that is required for evil to triumph is that good men do nothing"
Reply:Since my name was brought up, I must comment.  A few years ago, I had a job come up that had to deal with full-penn S.S. welding onsite.  Engloid enlightened me on a few things and offered a link to another site of his (not the same as listed).  As I remember, his welds and knowledge had me in awe (to the 4th power).  Robotic welding never really came to mind, rather; near-perfection was the first thought.    I strive to do the best I can do given the time and situation.  And because of this, I am always learning better and more proficient ways of creating greater welds.  That is why I think that most everyone is capable of growing to a new level when a little internal pressure is applied.    People like Engloid (and countless others) have guided me to who I am now and it seems like the sky is the limit.    Take the awe and apply it to observation, repetition, creativeness and you’ll surprise yourself from time to time. -MikeCommon sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.
