Tractor Loader Frame

Today I had to take care of this problem.See the clearence between the tire and frame?With the tire removedReal world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
Reply:First take out the trash.....and grind a littleAdd a new side panel and weld this to the bottom.  Trim with plasma after welding on.  Sorry didn't get finished today, too many service calls.  More pics tomorrow.DavidReal world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.

Reply:The loader frame is rusted.    I am lucky, the tires are new and NOT loaded.   More pics when the job is done.  Other side is OK.  There is another bad spot towards the front on the same side.DavidReal world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
Reply:No drains, not such a good design to begin with?That frame must have filled up with damp trash, water or salt.

Reply:How did you bend the side rail?...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Thanks all for the compliments.  I do this with rusty car and truck frames too, except I make cardboard templates of the pieces I need then cut em out with the plasma.  DavidReal world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
