Lincoln's answer to the Thermal arc 185?

I believe this is a new Tig welder from Lincoln.http://www.weldingmart.com/Qstore/p002609.htmIs it new?Its' features look very comparable to the T/A.It's less expensive too.Does anyone have any 411 on it?Thanks.
Reply:It's a transformer based machine, the T/A 185 is an inverter.Example:192 lbs for the P-tig 185 vs. 41 on the T/A 185You pay extra for better pulse control and 151 lbs of shedded weight, plus less primary power draw.the P-tig 185 is more of a "Miller Syncrowave 180 SD Killer"

Reply:i just used the p.t. 185 from lincoln tonight and it was GREAT, cant speak of the t/a machine never used one ...... the lincoln machine is so smooth and user friendly, small package for a transformer machine the built in pulse is really nice too, i think that you will soon see lincoln 175 tigs cheap $$$$$ cause everyone is want the upgrade,great machine and i cant wait to use it some more !!!!!
