this is actually a great cart, but the man must have bought a new camera.  You have to watch all three videos to get the full effect.  I must be tired because I found these videos very funny.If you didn't find it humorous don't worry, I know I have a sick, twisted sense of humor.

Reply:I thought it was just the few videos.  I have watched more than I would like to admit at this point of this man's videos.  He has 77 of them and covers a variety of projects.  When I started talking to myself like he does in his videos I knew I had watched too many of them.  LOL

Reply:not for nothing, but I think he should have installed some sort of brake on that thing too, I could see him welding in the driveway at some point & that thing gets to rolling.... the Ackerman steering is not going to help him much at that point

Its spelled Ackermann.After reading the explanation of what it is, and looking at the video again just to get a laugh i think his issue with "for some reason they wont go past 45 degrees" is that his brackets coming off the casters may not be properly aimed towards the center of the rear axle, and his linkage is thus too long. According to the explanation of what Ackermann steering is the main principle making it work correctly:  "This was achieved by making the linkage not a simple parallelogram, but by making the length of the track rod  (the moving link between the hubs) shorter than that of the axle, so that the steering arms of the hubs appeared to "toe out". As the steering moved, the wheels turned according to Ackermann, with the inner wheel turning further"I really just cant imagine making a half hour video about a welding cart.  Dont get me wrong its a nice cart, but still!
