Reply:If you are looking for the large hockey puk SCR's. Arc products sells them as a matched preassembled pair. with the heat sinks. You might be able to read the numbers on the diode, then go to the NTE electronics web sitelook for the cross reference and enter the numbers. If they cross to an NTE scr you can get a part number and the spects.also try doing a web search on just those numbers. You might find what you are looking for and several places to buy it.
