well mostly turned out a lot easier than i thought first i removed the top and bottom cover which tighten the outer skin ->then marked big enough to cut out all the spots with holes for pressure valve electrodes etc and cut with electric shears->outer skin gone ->foam cut out easy with a razor blade and was actually covered with plastic on both sides so it wasn't stuck to any metal ->and finally after a lil investigating i figured it was ok to cut wit the plasma i just layed some flat bar against the foam as a guide and to block sparks and cut out the hole now i just gotta wash it out and tack some feet on and i now have a long multi use parts tank notice all the calcium inside there from are hard water -> it seems like a tough lil tank thicker than i thought all in all took me about and hour and a half 350P 30A spool gun cut master 51 syncro 250 other stuff " take a dog off the street and make him prosper and he will not bite you sad the same cannot be said for man" i didnt use punctuation just to piss you off

Reply:Our water is the worst. It will give you the trots. It has ruined every water using device in my house. I installed a water softener and reverse osmosis for drinking water. I use soft water in my swimming pool to. I gotta keep an eye on the PH level though. Reply:Hey Joker, Don't mean to hijack the thread. but have you thought about a salt water pool. in the long run run is cheaper and better for the people in it. it is not as salty as the ocean but closer to what natural tears ( ) are like. you don't have to watch all the ph levels as close, like in freash water.Just a thoughtBrucePeople are more violently opposed to fur than leather because it's safer to harass rich women than motorcycle gangs. Reply:It is a salt water pool. But it's brand new and the pool company told me to keep a very close eye on the Ph level. Dunno. I guess I will learn it along the way.Lincoln Power Mig 210MP MIGLincoln Power Mig 350MP - MIG and Push-PullLincoln TIG 300-300Lincoln Hobby-Weld 110v Thanks JLAMESCK TIG TORCH, gas diffuser, pyrex cupThermal Dynamics Cutmaster 101My brain |
