new to using this site was wondering if someone could help with some info? trying to find asme codes and api codes without having to spend a fortune in code books only need them for information for test appricate any help
Reply:The inspector should be able to give you all the information you need concerning a test. And wouldnt trust any information given here anyways without verifying it myself first if it means pass/fail a test.Have we all gone mad?

Reply:it is a written test on the codes for process piping and natural gas piping for a natrual gas company

Reply:I'm a member of ASME, so I'm not sure if they allow you to access this if your not one, but they have an online digital library which has a selection of their code books. Also if you go to their site, asme.org, under the codes & standards tab there is also a link to .pdf versions of some of the codes, it helps to know exactly what code book in particular your looking for as they publish quite a few. |
