Here was today's fun. For those who seen the ram repairs a did just a little while back, well now the scrapper that the ram moves broke off about 10 feet in the sawdust bin. I had to clean and weld up the brake then plate the inside top of the I beam. Here are some pic's of the brake but before I could get pic's of the finished job the operator turned on the ram and the brake got covered. As you will see from the pic how easy it was to get the brake covered. These scrappers have as much as 35 feet of sawdust on top of them.
