Another exhaust

This was on a diesel cheby.  I unbolted the flange and decided it would be easeir to cut the piece out than mess with the "slip fit".Here is the pipe preppedGood fitupsettings,  .023 wire, c/25 gas.  This is about 20 years old.Last edited by David R; 01-14-2008 at 08:08 PM.Real world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.

Reply:Nice, I did the exhaust on my Jeep as well, I don't remember how the welds looked, but that thing has held together for at least 30 runs so far, so I know it's on tight lol!Have a Jeep Cherokee?  Click Here!
