Reply:Need more info...Whatcha need to weld, or what do you want to weld in the future, etc. A price range would be nice too. What kind of power do you have available? 120- 220? How you answer these will help us help you.
Reply:I want to weld dog kennels or runs and around the place welds price would be linked to value of the machine i don't want thebottom end i figure you get what you pay for
Reply:Sorry both 220 and 110

Reply:HH180 would make an excellent choice. Tapped voltaged controls, ease of portability...Good luck...Last edited by Wheat; 08-24-2004 at 05:07 PM.Millermatic 210Dynasty 200DX Fisher CZ-5Trek 5500
Reply:I would be interested in what you folks think also. I am a Newbie to welding and was thinking of buying the Hobart 210 as an initial machine. I want to weld farm implements and was thinking about fabricating a front end loader for one of my ford tractors. Do you think that the Hobart Mig210 would suffice or should I get a Lincoln AC 225 Welder instead? There is quite a price difference but I want to be able to weld up to 1/2" Steel. Thanks!
Reply:As a farmer I would want both types of machine but not those. I would go MM210 and a AC/DC machine. With the AC/DC the Hobart stickmate is fine,, with the feeder in that class go MM210 over the HH210, no contest.Last edited by Sberry; 08-24-2004 at 10:28 PM.www.urkafarms.com
