as all you know im a newibe welder on mig (220v miller 172)now im using auto dark and i keep practicingthese were t weld horizontal made 1 pass tap 4 , 80 speed , 20 cmf Co2.30 wire Attached Images

Reply:Looks good to me, are they all in the same position? True horizontal is across, like on a wall. Those are basic fillet positions.www.urkafarms.com

Reply:Anti-spatter spray is good to help with clean up. A spray can will last a long time. I like straight CO2 but it has more tendency to spatter than other gas mixes. Welds look good...Get it hot and hit it hard...
