A little slow at work

Last week I bought some steel to build a trailer for a customer.  I also bought 500 lbs of steel to have on hand.  I had some 1/8" X 4" to play with, so I made some 4" X 4" boxes.3/32 6013 DCENTig, SP100, .023 wire, settings J8, C/25 gas.Last edited by David R; 01-26-2008 at 08:14 AM.Real world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.

Reply:6" horizontal bandsaw from harbor freight catalog in 1996.  I set the stop and just kept cutting the little pieces.  All burrs were removed as well as mill scale.David Real world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
