This old scaffold has been in need since before I started working here. I just about had enough of these ... wheels, they were more like skids anyway! This is not going to be fancy, but it has to start clean. I didn't even take time to get a pic before paint, daylights wasting!It rolls now.Back to work! City of L.A.
