New Tig PICTURES

I got a new miller dynaster 200 tig welder a few days ago.  I have never tig welded before this, so I am just teaching myself.  Let me know if you have any tips for me.These are a few pics of welds on 1/8" mild steel.Miller Dynasty 200DX Tig Welder
Reply:Nice machine, nice looking welds for the first time.Grind off the mill scale and the undercutting will go away.  The edges will flow better.DavidReal world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.

Reply:Looks good..Cleaner is better..Watercooled torch before you know it.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:Mill scale is the "crust" from hot rolling steel.  Its the bark on the outside. Grind it off and you will see a difference.  Cold rolled steel has no mill scale.DavidReal world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
