Reply:Would it be too much of an issue to make a new thread here with the pictures inside of it? Without registering and logging into your site, we don't see pictures.

Reply:If time permits yes. I post on multiple forums so it's easy for me just to provide the link. Also, my pictures are over the size limits of 99% of the forums, so it's easier - again - just to post them on mine because my picture size limits are much larger. This way I don't have to open the file in a photo editor, match the size requirements, re-size it, start a new post, attach all the pictures, make sure they fit, make sure I don't get a "server too busy" error, repost them again if the site messes up, etc., etc. I'll put it this way - I don't drive 15 miles down Interstate 81 to stop at the Dunkin' Donuts, for coffee, in Syracuse when there is one only a 1/2 mile down the road. Reply:I too must admit that I am getting tired of clicking on links that lead me nowhere...
Reply:Me too. Also, if the pictures are that big, my decrepit computer and senile tortuga internet service probly won't load them anyways. Reply:Change your forum settings to allow non-members to view attachments and this issue will be solved. It doesn't sound like anyone here minds clicking on the link to see your work, however, they do seem to mind that non-members of that forum cannot see the attachments. Just make the setting change (it's an easy change in SMF).--Wintermute"No man's knowledge here can go beyond his experience." - John Lockewww.improvised-engineering.comManufacturer Agnostic:Blood----------Sweat---------Tears----|------------------|----------------|----Lincoln Red, Miller Blue, Esab Yellow |
