Had fun today building a cart. I have posted before on the hydraulic system that feed the boiler. The hydraulic rams tend to brake a lot due to the stress they are under. We are currently trying to find the problem. So someone else build a cart which sucked for removing the rams which had four swivel casters on it, so I decided to build a new one. I could only use material I had on hand. This is what I came up with. Here are the ramsand the cartLast edited by jamlit; 03-12-2008 at 03:32 PM.Miller DVI2Lincoln Precision Tig 225Thermodynamics Cutmaster 38Everything else needed.

Reply:loks good. how is the weight distribution with a ram in there. if its a bit of a bear to move try moving the wheels slightly back towards center more. (if the rams are even that heavy?)
