Welder qualify

There are some question I cannot answer, Please help me!.1.Why after 6 months, We need to extend welder qualification? This one follow  which standard? (Detail).2.Why there must be the third party so that welder qualify? What item refer to it?3.If welder qualification is invalid after 2 year, we need to re-qualify it but we can do re-view it instead we do re-qualify, is not? And what item refer to it.I need your help. Thank you very much
Reply:everything u wanna know is in EN 287-1 standard. Also ASME IX and others, but i mostly qulify my welders according to EN and ASME.if u need those doc, send pm
