Just wondering what im getting into and what grade it takes to get your red seal endorsment. All the guys i work with have been licenced for a long time and havent written a trad exam in 25 years or soThanks in advance

Reply:If you are fortunate enough to go through an aprenticeship, that will help you having the hands on experience. Several guys I work with have wrote and passed this test in the last year.JasonLincoln Idealarc 250 stick/tigThermal Dynamics Cutmaster 52Miller Bobcat 250Torchmate CNC tableThermal Arc Hefty 2Ironworkers Local 720
Reply:excellent thanks
Reply:review everything you have learned, the test is broken into different sections covering around 7 different topics with around 300 questions with i believe 3 or 4 hours to complete, it is multiple choice and there are typicaly 5 different answers that are worded very close to each other so you have to pick the most correct answer, the ministry will issue you a pencil and a calculator so don`t try to use your own as they will not allow it, take your time and read the questions carefully and the answers more carefully and trust your training and you will be fine, i am training 2nd year welders, 2nd year metal fabricators and 3rd year millwright`s and i give them tests that are based on the ministry exams, you can find some of the questions on a wib site called trades.exambank.com goodluckSteve Hot Rod HooliganMiller Maxstar 200 STRCampbell Housfeld Flux Core 80
Reply:Not sure if it is the same for millwrights in Ontario but for electricians the pass and red seal grade is 70%."The reason we are here is that we are not all there"SA 200Idealarc TM 300 300MM 200MM 25130a SpoolgunPrecision Tig 375Invertec V350 ProSC-32 CS 12 Wire FeederOxweld/Purox O/AArcAirHypertherm Powermax 85LN25
