Reply:There's always E-bay.
Reply:i second E-BAY there are always reds and blues from factory direct sites that are a few bucks cheaper and some have FREE shipping i don't have a spunky username just what it is, me!
Reply:I third E-BAY. When doing all the pricing I was doing looking at the Syncrowave, E-BAY was the best price and had free shipping. I priced every where.http://cgi.ebay.com/MILLER-DYNASTY-2...QQcmdZViewItemThis company was the best I found.Yes I can tack it for you. I know that won't hold but that is what you asked me to do. Reply:Klandor,You might want to look at HTP. They have a 200 amp inverter - compares favorably with the blue and other red one - $2295 for the complete package. From what I have seen with e-bay, the 200DX is about $2925 and the V205T is $2940. It will keep about $600 of your hard earned bucks in your pocket. They have a 3 year warranty and 90 day money back guarantee.http://www.usaweld.com/products/tig_welders/tig201.html
Reply:hey nhrjw I looked into the htp it sounds like a good welder the only problem I saw was if you have a warranty problem you have to ship it back to htp for repairs or find someone authorized and or willing to repair their machine.
Reply:Klandor, Actually, they will ship the part to you and you can install it. It might actually be faster than taking it to the distributor, having them take it to the repair center, and then the repair center will probably have to order the parts from Miller.
Reply:You might also want to look at lowlyoilburner's post on his recent purchase of a thermal arc ac/dc 185tsw. He has some info about its performance. Just a thought on another "somewhat" comparable welder.Smithboy...if it ain't broke, you ain't tryin'.
Reply:haven't had much response on this lincoln even the dealers don't sell much of them or have any experiance with them .I wonder why that is ?
Reply:Got the local guys to price match a E-bay price on a TA Fabricator 251 ($1221) with a purchase of a bottle and a 30# roll of wire.Mark |
