I need to know if there is a difference in using 7011 Flux cored wire or a 7018 electrode. My foreman says it's not good to use the wire on AR400 plate, but it's alright to use the electrode. I would like to know if anyone agrees to this?

Reply:No they are not the same. To equal 7018, you need a -8 wire.DavidReal world weldin. When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor. |
