Just wanted to call attention of the members to an article in the Feb/Mar, 2006 Machinist's Workshop magazine on the Harbor Freight 115 volt Spot Welder. This is not an endorsement, and I have no connection whatsoever with the author (except that we are apparently both subscribers to Machinist's Workshop and Home Shop Machinist magazines --- good rags!).The author describes how he came to cautiously buy a Harbor Freight spot welder and his experiences in its use.  I do not have the unit and have no interest except to call attention of readers to the review, which seemed cautiously favorable.awright
