Haven`t heard any comments on Airco stuff. There is a 1987 Airco300 amp tig welder, with complete pulser, water cooler, and tig tip torch. Asking $1000.00. Any thoughts on this? Alan
Reply:the intake manifold i did along with lots of other things was done with an airco built in the late 50'swas a wonderful machine..i highly recomend itnow i have the hobart to contend with...i'll keep everyone posted on what happens when i get it set up ...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:The Airco stuff is good stuff, but it's support is gone now. I don't think anyone picked it up when they went away. 1987 sounds really recent, because, I think they went out of bid'ness about then.Smithboy...if it ain't broke, you ain't tryin'.
