On 1/8 when joining two pieces, I get the keyhole (U shape puddle), what is the best way to drop the rod in to it. Should I drop onto the last puddle down at the bottom where the air gap is. Or just off to one side and then push it round the U shape on to the other side of the U. Never been shown this and my weld looses rythm and proper appearance.
Reply:add your filler from the side..make sure the puddle is nice and "shiney" before adding and the "dip"...it should work its way around the tungeston all by itself.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
