Reply:Looks good.  You should move to North Carolina, we've got plenty of P91 to weld including some 36 inchers and some 4"+ wall thickness.
Reply:thank you.  what is that for?  do you guys use tig for the root and hot pass or do you use stt for the whole thing?   we some times tig all the way or tig the root and hot pass fill up with stick rods, i have even done it with stt all the way.power mig 255percision tig 275305G engine drive new
Reply:W55, are the bags on the pipe for insulation? To keep heat in to control cooling, or to protect you from frying yoursself on hot pipe?BTW, nice welding! Paul.And then, after so much work...... you have it in your hand, and you look over to your side...... and the runner has run off. Leaving you holding the prize, wondering when the runner will return.
