This lingered for a while, so progress pics are kind of spread among several cameras. The original bucket was too big, and pins were loose:Attachment 25419The replacement bucket needed the linkage pin brackets widened, and moved back about 5" closer to the boom mount.Attachment 25425The "new" bucket's boom mounting hole and ears were right, but just a touch wide; spacer washers were installed.Pins were fabed and fit "in-house" out of chrome rod:Attachment 25420An end stop being welded on new pin.Attachment 25421All stick work.Leaves room for one free MIG picture:Attachment 25422Stuck bolt being extracted from pin lock by welding a nut to the broken bolt.Last edited by denrep; 10-19-2010 at 11:37 PM.
