here are some pic's of a 4" W.N.F i did at work thay show how i fit the flange and welded it out all the welding was done in GMAW short curic at 18.6 voltswith the wire speed some were around 250ipm with 80/20 argon /co2 for the gasoh and the wire is 70s-3 and the cover is 3/8 carbon steel plate Attached ImagesChuckASME Pressure Vessel welder
