Reply:Just had another thought??Before my MS took me away from the martial arts I was pretty active in the harder straight line forms that stressed power in both hand and leg techniques. Looking at the unit you made you said it will be used for heavy bag. Is this going to be used for boxing mainly? Reason is that unless the base of that unit is bolted to the floor almost all heavy punchs will cause it to rock. And heavy kicks will cause it to tip over.
