Reply:I dont think hes in the wrong here. So what hes new and this is his first post? I dont understand why most poeple on here are so nasty to other people who do something different or dont hold up to some sort off standard with everyone else on here. You got some people on here who are really good welders and do this everyday for a living, and you got some people who do this as a hobby. Two different types off people trying to get along. Sometimes it doesnt work. I think what he is doing with his skills is awesome and if you dont like it then this isnt the place to put people down. So what if hes trying to sell on here. Reply:First of all, welcome to the forum! These guys here know a ton and this forum is a great resource!  Many of these guys weld every day for a living so they have a ton of real world experience that they are willing to share free of charge!  Though I am still pretty new here and am learning a ton, I think that what swells said is the gospel truth!   You would be wise to just post pictures and not include or mention the e-bay/ for sale thing!  If you are looking for advise, or just want to talk about welding,  great!  But joining and advertising in the 1st post, NOT SMART!  My advise, edit your post to remove the advertising part and just enjoy the forum!  Then you will find that this is really a great forum!Here is what I have so Far:Miller:Shop Master 300 A A/C D/CS 22a Wire FeederRFC-14 Tig PedalHF-251D High Freq. From my limited marketing experience, you may be targeting the wrong audience. Guys/gals that can't weld may snap then up faster. Post pics of your other projects.....we love pics.If you don't want to stand behind our Troops, feel free to stand in front of them.
Reply:thank you....im not tryin to petal these on a welding site...lol thats like selling shoes to a shoe salesman i just wanted some opinions on my work...my ebay link was the only way to get my pics on here they were to large to fit the regular post
