helmet together with faceshield

It became a safety issue to the company I'm working now, the wearing of a safety helmet together with the welding face shield while welding. Now I would like to get everybody's opinion, specially those who tried doing same.I am thinking although I am not a welder, that if a welder will practice wearing a helmet together with the faceshield there will be a time that it will just be an ordinary routine.

Reply:Speedglas makes an excellent one. I still like a regular hood.I have to wonder if perhaps you don't have one in mind?
Reply:Edge,I use Optrels Satelite helmet and at the push of a button you have a face shield. All be it I keep mine set are # 5 all the way up to #9.I own 3 auto-darkening helmets in this order of purchase.1. Jackson2. Speedglass 9000, the high-end version3.
