Guys,I have come across pictures of a neat storage rack that was built using PVC pipe and was attached to the side of a Miller Synchrowave.I used the search engine but came up empty. Does anyone have any ideas or pictures of their rack? Thanks & Happy Thanksgiving!Tom

Reply:Jimmy,Well done if I do say so myself!Looks like I'll be heading to Lowes tomorrow. Thanks for the pictures.I bought Synchrowave 250 way back in '97 and Miller hadn't come up with the intergral water cooler. The Coolmate 3 & 4 were it. Your new machine in much more improved.Great sense of humor Zap!Thanks all,TomLast edited by PlasmaGuy; 11-24-2006 at 09:26 PM.
Reply:your welcome.. ...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:So your rack, is that something you would consider screwing the top off or would you just go for plugging it?
Reply:huh? I mounted mine using only the factory bolt holes, just used longer bolts.
Reply:Jimmy,Did you do anything to the cap to loosen up the fit? Those caps can be a bugger to get off sometime. On the other hand, I guess all you are needing is the keep the dust out.Keep up the good work everyone!!Tom
Reply:Yah, the couplings, where the tubes seperate, was tight. I chucked them up in the lathe and removed a small amount of material from the inside of them with the boring bar. fit snug now but easy to remove. |
