Pump mount

Here is a pump mount that I made the other day.  Because it was mounted against a wall, I had to drill holes big enough for the bolt head to fit into, then I welded it and ground it flush.  In the past I have tried to drill the hole big enough for the threads, and just plug weld the backside.  But with enough torque, it would just snap off.
