i need help about flux cored welding procedures

hi guys,             i was a welder for years untill 2002 when belfast yard shut the doors,   i then went to norwayt and worked in kleven a.s yard for a year.  im hoping to get back into welding in belfast h&w yard as they have a major contract for wind turbines,  thing is ive honestly forgot all my settings in fcaw and mma,  once im shown it will all come back to me,  is there a link or site i can down load wire speeds etc for various positions say 2g, 5g direct overhead etc .  my codes all ran out in 2003 and i need back into work asap.any help greatly appreciated thanks in advance SCORPIO
