Welding Machine Cart

You guys have inspired me to build something! I'm not the most original person out there so I had to kinda copy an idea from you guys. I am wanting to put a tig rod organizer on the side of this thing. But for right now im sure my orange crush will be happy to not be crammed in that little junk yellow wagon! Reply:Duane, love the set up you have, im going to do something very similar to that. was going to do something else, but i like yours. id like to have a little junk bowl of some sort on mine. like something to put soapstone in or stuff like that. well see. looks like i wont be able to work on it till next weekend. went out and bought the pvc and caps already though.only thing worse than an ugly woman is an ugly weld
Reply:Hi Ya El_Lloydeo nice looking machine and cart. Maybe for the junk bowl something like a metal box or old tool box tacked to the side. Reply:Nice Job Lloyde,  can you tell me a little about your machine?  Is it a Stick/Tig unit.  I have seen a fewold BIG (500-1000lbs) Airco welders out there for sale, just haven't much about them.
Reply:I dont know a whole bunch about it myself. i bought it used a few years ago and it was in very nice shape and cheap so i bought it. runs pretty darn good too. its an airco 250 heliwelder ac/dc. i really like the way it performs.only thing worse than an ugly woman is an ugly weld

Reply:i was thinking about even keeping brazing rod in there too. im also thinking about mounting an ammo bracket on there to store tungsten and stuff in it. its my buddy glenns ammo box but he prolly forgot i even have it. we were gonna mount it on a dunebuggy we built last year.only thing worse than an ugly woman is an ugly weld

Reply:1 1/2" i d pvc. ive been using a tackle box for the cups and everything else. seems to work well. thought about making a tube for short rods too so i can use them up first. maybe i will keep that on top of the fridge or something.only thing worse than an ugly woman is an ugly weld
