1:  ebay purchase. Naturally delivered damaged, bent shaft was in machine and new one I turned from bar stock. Corner of base casting broke. Wonder who could fix that? cast alu  2:  broken casting  3:  casting welded  4:  assembled machine  5:  First job, 5/8 nf nut welded to steel end plate for argon pump.casting   no preheat, bevel, TIG, AC, arogn, 3/32 red tung, 1/8 4043 filler, balance at 7, syncro 250nut/plate  DC TIG, 3/32 red, argon, 316 1/16 filler, .8 rpm, 170 amps, held torch and fed rod by hand

Reply:I have the exact same one..Word of advice..Do NOT run over 150..180 amps thru it..The ground strap inside can't take it..I just clamp the ground to the piece when needed.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
