Just another welding table...:)

Well I finally built the welding table I so desperately needed. Being limited on space in my 16x24 garage, I designed the table to slip over my welder when not in use. It turned out great and I got all the materials free from work excluding the plate and castors! The top is 1/4" plate and very solid with 3 cross members under it every 12 inches. I will be adding a mig gun holder and a few other little tweaks as I go along. Sure beats working on the floor! Cheers! Reply:That is a great idea.  Nesting them keeps the welder from damage when stored and being on wheels it takes a minute to set up for a job Gordie -- "I believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."
Reply:Thanks for the positive replies. You can't see it in the pictures but I left 2 1/2 inches of overhang on each of the lengthy sides for clamping and the ends of the tubing are open for fitting my welding clamp etc.Millermatic 210

Reply:looks like you've gto a nice setup shop.  the only thing i can critique on, and i'm sure you thought of this, is that you may want to switch to a bigger tank one day.
