Reply:Thanks for the compliments. All the welding was done with a Hobart IronMan 250 Mig welder. Neither of us could remember where the wheels came from, we had them behind the shop and simply made an axle for them. The paint we used was Rustoleum high gloss, JD green of course, 1200 degree heat resistance. As far as I know the paint still looks like it did in these pictures. We may have to build another one to take to tractor day at Snead...this one got sold to a passerby who saw it in front of the shop and stopped to see if it was for sale. It left the next morning heading to its new home
