What should you if you see uncapped O/A bottles being transported

Reply:I doubt most of the rednecks here know how to use a torch...I can honestly say that Ive never seen anyone driving around with uncapped bottles, but then again I live in the middle of a cornfield, in a tiny town, surrounded by miles and miles and miles of nothing but corn. Reply:I dunno. Is it wise? No. BUT.....way back when, everyone did it that way. I never capped a bottle and left regs on the truck all the time. One company I worked around had a whole fleet of trucks with uncapped bottles. I think its like the bike helmet deal. No one did it before, and now everyone does it. Reply:I see bottles racked up ready on the roads all the time, good rack no worries.  The ones that bother me are the guys I see with the little portatorch sliding around in the back of their truck.  The HVAC guys don't ever seem to give much thought to those little bottles LOOSE in the back of a pickup.When any government, or any church for that matter, undertakes to say to its subjects, "This you may not read, this you must not see, this you are forbidden to know," the end result is tyranny and oppression, no matter how holy the motives.

Reply:I'm not so sure that caps are required; after all, there are gas cylinders without provision for caps. Probably secured and protected is what's required.Good Luck
