So I started another workbench last week and today I cut it up to start this one. I am much happier with this design. Attached Images

Reply:Why not consider putting your braces higher,so that they form the support for a shelf under the bench. Reply:Ahh!I think what I am seeing is actually whats called fisheye effect!If I where doing this, I would go with what Gordon suggested, a good shelf under a bench is a must for me, if I didn't have at least one, the top of the table would become way too cluttered to get any work done!#1.
