Reply:Try and give us a little more information. Is it round to round perpendicular? What size welds or tacks and in what location on the joint? Rainbow colors or black? Due to it's physical properties stainless can be a real PITA distortion wise and you're seeing that first hand. Keep the welding down to a minimum. It only has to hold up to the heat of the coals and the weight of the burgers. If your welds are consistant in size then a pattern of amount of distortion should be showing itself. It may not be practical but you can clamp a reverse bend into it and let the distortion pull the material back towards true. The only other option I can offer is that it's just gonna have to be benched back to flat. Hope this helps.maniak
