I have a Miller Passport Plus that has been a champ for a number of years. Recently it has developed a problem where in the middle of a weld the gas will cut out. It will sometimes come back (it seems) if I pull the trigger a bunch of times or not.  Or it might just be an intermittent time thing. It will be working fine and just quit. Then it will randomly start working again and quit.  I have been welding short stitch welds. I have pressure.  When I listen to the gas at the gun I can hear/feel an initial puff of gas then it stops.  Very frustrating. What is really strange is that my friend working in the same complex has the same issue with his Passport Plus.Could it be some kind of bad power issue?Bad regulator?Bad relay?
Reply:Two machines at the same time? The most common variable is the two of you are using the same power source.Weld like a "WELDOR", not a wel-"DERR" MillerDynasty700DX,Dynasty350DX4ea,Dynasty200DX,Li  ncolnSW200-2ea.,MillerMatic350P,MillerMatic200w/spoolgun,MKCobraMig260,Lincoln SP-170T,PlasmaCam/Hypertherm1250,HFProTig2ea,MigMax1ea.
