Bench top bluing tank stands

I finally got around to welding this thing up. The stand holds 2 tanks, one for a hot cleaning solution and another for boiling water since I only do rust bluing here at the house. The tanks measure 40" x 6" x 6" The double burner was made up by a buddy and runs off of propane. One I get my garage re-arranged, I'll build a rolling table for the stand to sit on.I set of burners on under the stainless tank.Almost forgot, 1 1/4" by 1/8" angle iron with a Lincoln 100HD and .035" fluxcore. Reply:If you pipe in a bit of air you can get a cleaner flame. Otherwise that looks pretty great. Simple and effective.
Reply:65535, the jets have a mixers built in to them. I need to adjust them a bit more. They work quite well and will boil four gallons of water in very short order. I had originally bolted the stand together but wanted to weld it in case I decide to run hot salts bluing through it instead of rust bluing. After I give it a coat of high temp black, it will be good to go.DavidDavid Clevinger Engraving
