I gave it a shot.Real world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.

Reply:All I know for sure it its "Tig Rod".  My local LWS has 3 kinds.  1/16", 3/32 and 1/8".  That is all.   I bought 8 lbs of each.  DavidReal world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.

Reply:TIG filler usually has an impression with the rod type, either at the ends (most low carbon, stainless, etc) or continuously along it (many aluminums) Tiny letters and numbers.Nice looking weld.
