Great Aluminum Deal?

Just got back from a scrap/metal supply house in Staten Island.  The owner was a total gentleman.  I got lengths of "6" series aluminum in square tubing, round tubing, flat bar and diamond plate sheets all at $2.69 a lb.   The lengths were 24' which he also cut to 8' for me so I could transport home.  The tubing ranged from .875 to .25 in wall thickness.  The bar and sheets were .187 and .250 in thickness.  There are no places like this locally for me, so the drive was worth it.  I think I gotva good solid deal considering the prices I see for this stuff on eBay.TA Arcmaster 300CM3XMT 304S22P12 suitcase feederX-Treme 12VSOptima pulserTA161SMaxstar 150STLHypertherm PM45OP setupStihl 020AVP, 039, 066 Magnum
