SO I just bought this new welder and so far I am not pleased..... all I am looking to do is weld up my roll cage (various 1.75" .120 wall joints) It just doesnt work well. It wont weld smooth, doesnt burn in very well it seems. I tried setting D out of E and about 6 or 7 on the wire speed. I have had better luck using a 10 year old milermatic 90... 75/25 argo c02, .035 wire... Whats going on? I am really getting upset.
