Reply:If this was just for you, no, but if you are making and selling them, I think it would constitute trademark infringement if the "bowtie" is a trademark (you can look it up and see). Reply:Yes, the bowtie is a Chevy trademark.  The risk you take in making and selling the item is way too great.  Yeah, I'm a lawyer and a welder.  (one is for money and one is for fun). Search for "trademark infringement violations penalties" and you'll see the risks.

This is one of those deals where it could almost be viewed the other way around. Free advertizing &/or branding. Almost subliminal messaging.
