miller bluestar 2e auto idle problems

miller bluestar 2e auto idle problem (kinda) The machine revs up when the 2 switches are flipped 3000rpm. But it want idle back down after the 10-15- delay time. If anyone has a clue on whats going on with it please give me an idea. THANKS
