What is this welder worth?

It is a Lincoln 300 idealarc 300 amp tig welder for sale on e-bay. here is the link Also is this a good welder for someone who has never tig'd before? i have mig welded and stick welded, but i am lookin to get a tig welder would this be a bad choice?ThanksJohn

Reply:Also look at the phases required. You find a lot of those big old machines on ebay for cheap. The reason they are cheap is because they require 3 phase power which most don't have access to.The difference between art and craft is the quality of the workmanship. I am an artist.
