Reply:I got 180's from Burns Stainless then cut and weld. Its been a challenging project but now that is done its very gratifying. Attached Images

Reply:went to burns site, looks great but how much did it cost for all the 180/90 pieces.looking to do something close to this on my buddys bike.
Reply:Each 180 bend 1.75 was around 50.00 the 3.0 was twice that. Total was around 500.00
Reply:did you use 304 or 321 stainless.If you went with 304, there are alot of other places besides burns to get the bends you need.  I love Burns' stuff, but they are almost double the price of competitors piping!  BTW,.....do I see double slip fit connectors in the 1st pic?  very trick!!!!  also....Open wastegate DUMP For The WN!!!!
Reply:I think you should change the title of this thread to some thing like "fabbed up a set of Drag Bike Turbo Headers!"  "exhaust pipe I just finished" isn't too interesting for someone to click on!  In fact, I was expecting a muffler repair project when I clicked on this thread.You made some sweet headers and I am surprised more people haven't commented on them......I can only think that the thread title isn't intriguing enough for viewers to click on.
